US Navy

Julianne is the co-president of Columbia Business School’s Veterans Club. She is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and attended the University of Southern California, where she earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with an emphasis in data mining. She was commissioned through the Naval ROTC program and went on to earn her Wings of Gold as a naval aviator. Julianne served as an F/A-18 pilot out of Virginia Beach before transitioning from active duty to pursue her MBA at CBS. She is focused on advancing American dynamism in aerospace, defense, and emerging technology.

US Army

Born and raised in New Jersey, Jack enlisted in the Army as a Combat Engineer in 2016. Over nine years of service, he served with the 173rd IBCT (A) in Vicenza, Italy, as a Team Leader and Squad Leader, and with the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, as a Battalion Engineer and Heavy Breacher. At CBS, Jack is a member of the Investment Banking Club, Rugby Football Club, Golf Club, and Public Speaking Association. After graduating, he will return to Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions team.​

US Marine Corps

Adrian is a Los Angeles native and USC alumni, he served four and a half years as a Marine Corps communications officer before business school, and spent this summer as an M&A summer associate at DC Advisory in NYC. He’s a big fan of Jonny Manziel.

US Army

Arturo Pacheco is the Vice President of Events. Born in Peru and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, he graduated from West Point and served as a Field Artillery officer, culminating his service as a company commander. Now pursuing his MBA at CBS, Arturo concentrates in Real Estate Finance and interns at GFP Real Estate. He is interested in leveraging AI to expand affordable housing and retail across the United States.

Asa is the Vice President of Careers. Born in Germany and raised in Manhattan, Kansas, he enlisted in the Navy out of high school and served six years as an aviation ordnanceman, arming F/A-18s and H-60s aboard carriers. He went on to attend Pepperdine University, where he double majored in economics and political science, before returning to the Navy for a four-year tour in San Diego. After a decade of service, Asa left active duty to pursue his MBA at CBS. He is focused on strategic finance and capital allocation in the technology sector.

Brianna is one of the Vice President of Admissions. A U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, she served more than 13 years as a Combat Engineer and Civil Affairs Officer, including assignments supporting U.S. Special Operations. Throughout her military career, she led teams across Latin America and the Middle East, partnering with U.S. intelligence agencies and international allies on complex security and stability missions. Brianna is pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School and a career in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Camille is the Vice President of Events. She is originally from Vancouver, Washington, and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she earned a degree in Systems Engineering. She was commissioned upon graduation and served seven years as a Human Resources Officer before transitioning from active duty to pursue her MBA at CBS. Camille is also a joint degree student with the School of International and Public Affairs.

Chris Peer is a second-year MBA student at Columbia Business School and VP of Events for the Veterans Club. Prior to CBS, he served seven years as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, including a combat deployment to Iraq as a platoon leader. After leaving the Army, Chris joined Wells Fargo and later returned as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in its Mid-Cap Group. At CBS, he is focused on investment banking and helping lead the Veterans Club’s inaugural National Defense Industry Conference. Outside of school, he enjoys skiing, golf, hiking, and anything automotive.

Ciaran is a Vice President of Admissions. He is originally from Hoboken, NJ, and attended Michigan State University, where he earned a B.A. Hospitality Business. Upon graduation, Ciaran was commissioned through the Army ROTC program and went on to serve as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and a Military Intelligence Officer during his 8.5 years of service. After transitioning out of the military, Ciaran worked for L3Harris before attending Columbia Business School. During his first year, Ciaran recruited for private banking and is spending his summer with J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Besides professional pursuits, Ciaran is an active member of the CBS Soccer Club, Ski Club, and the Cocktails and Spirits Club.

Dardrin is the Vice President of Banking. Originally from Los Angeles, California, he spent much of his childhood overseas before returning to the United States. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with degrees in Economics and Chinese and was commissioned as an Army Air Defense Artillery officer. Dardrin served nearly five years on active duty, leading THAAD and Ground=based Midcourse Defense missions before transitioning to Columbia Business School. He spent the summer as an investment banking associate at Moelis & Company and is passionate about the intersection of national security, critical industries, and global finance.

George is Co-Vice President of Alumni Relations. He spent five formative years growing up in Vienna, Austria, where playing on an all-German-speaking soccer team taught him to adapt quickly and lead across cultures. After graduating from Dickinson College, George commissioned as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer and led three platoons of more than 40 soldiers in Washington State, South Korea, and Arlington National Cemetery. He is pursuing a career in operations within blue-collar industries, with the goal of leading and strengthening teams across America’s essential sectors.

US Coast Guard

Hunter is the Vice President of Alumni Relations. He is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he earned a degree in Business Management. Hunter served eight years as a Coast Guard Prevention Officer, conducting commercial vessel inspections and marine casualty investigations. After developing a passion for real estate investing during his military service, he transitioned from active duty to pursue his MBA at CBS with a focus on real estate finance and development.

Jack is a Vice President of Benefits. He is originally from Newport Beach, California, and attended Yale University, where he earned a degree in History with an emphasis on war and society. He was commissioned through the USMC's Platoon Leaders Course and went on to earn the occupational specialty of Ground Intelligence Officer. Jack served on active duty for 6 years, deploying forward to Iraq and Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and to the Philippines in support of Operation Pacific Eagle before transitioning from service to pursue dual degrees in international affairs and business administration from Columbia SIPA and CBS. He is focused on the intersection of security policy and finance.

Joe is Vice President of Careers for Consulting. He is originally from South Jersey, and holds a BS in Mathematics from UC Irvine. After high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps where he spent 4 years as an infantry assaultman and squad leader. Prior to business school, he spent 3 years as an IT consultant, specializing in the railroad industry.

Kevin is Vice President of Special Projects. He is a dual degree MBAxMS at Columbia Business School and Columbia Engineering. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, he earned a degree in Art, Film, and Visual Studies from Harvard College. He commissioned to the Marine Corps through NROTC and served as a Communications Officer before transitioning from active duty. He is interning this summer as a product manager at Capital One.

Matthew is a Vice President of Benefits. Originally from Georgia, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Howard University before being commissioned as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army. During his military service, Matthew served in a variety of leadership roles within the 1st Cavalry Division before later serving at the 198th Infantry Training Brigade. He is pursuing a career in alternative asset management, with the goal of applying the leadership and decision-making skills developed during his military service to the investment industry.

Ryan is a Vice President of Public Affairs. Originally from Seattle, Washington, he attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a degree in Economics. He served on active duty for nearly five years as an Infantry Officer, spending the majority of his service with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 101st Airborne Division. With the 101st, he participated in a nine-month deterrence operation in eastern Romania. Following his military service, he interned at Bellwether prior to his MBA and then with Citigroup’s Leveraged Finance team after his first year at CBS. He is interested in macroeconomic investing, distressed debt, and other credit-related careers.
